When you use tap.be, we process only what's necessary for the service to function:
- Display name you enter
- Which space you join
- Presence status (here / away)
- Timestamps of last activity
- Basic technical info (device type, browser logs)

What we never collect
- Continuous GPS or precise location
- Location history
- Personal identifiers beyond your chosen name
- Any data for advertising or profiling

How data is used
Your data is used solely to display real-time presence to other members of the same space. Nothing more.

Visibility
Only your presence inside a specific space is visible — and only to other members of that space. No one outside can see your status.

Your rights
You can leave a space at any time, change your display name, or request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Third-party services
tap.be uses trusted infrastructure providers (Supabase for database and real-time sync) necessary to operate the service. We do not sell or share your data with any third party.
