By using tapbe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms may be updated from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
Use of the service
tapbe is a presence awareness tool for shared physical spaces. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the information you share — including your display name — and for any space you create or administer.
No account required
tapbe does not require registration. Access is granted by entering a display name and a space code. You are solely responsible for keeping your space code confidential if you wish to restrict access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse tapbe — including using it to impersonate others, interfere with the service, or engage in any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to remove any data or access that violates these terms.
Service availability
tapbe is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code in tapbe is the property of Soner Kaya. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Limitation of liability
tapbe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soner Kaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
